Peter J Maldjian
Peter J Maldjian is a Certified Public Accountant with over twenty five years of diversified experience in business and tax matters. Peter has an extensive tax background, he is proficient in the use of trusts to preserve and protect assets, and minimize taxes. Mr. Maldjian renders services for family owned businesses, trusts, estates, foundations and Individuals.
Prior to establishing his firm, he managed the tax department for the accounting firm of Rudolf Cinnamon & Calafato now J. H. Cohn. Peter was a field examiner with the Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service in Newark, New Jersey. He served on the executive board of the New Jersey Society of CPA's. He is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; he has served on the tax committee.
Laura A Citta
Laura Citta has years of experience in the accounting industry, she learned the trade from her father who is a practicing CPA. Laura joined the firm in 1997.
In 2001, Laura joined Peter as a partner in the firm, bringing her unique experiences and thorough knowledge of business accounting and taxation. She is knowledgeable in accounting software and Financial Statement reporting. Laura has led company efforts to make tax projecting and forecasting an integral part of the business and individual planning. Laura works with various tax agencies to solve discrepancies for business owners and individuals.
Lori A McGonigle
Lori McGonigle, a Certified Public Accountant, obtained a BS in Accounting from Montclair State University. Lori passed her CPA exam the year she graduated from college, and accepted a position at Price Waterhouse LLP. There Lori conducted audits and prepared income tax returns for a wide variety of clients.
Mrs. McGonigle returned to public accounting in 2008. Lori is a member of our Business Consultant Team.
Gay Ford
Gay joined our organization in 2011 as a member of our small business development team.
Prior to our association, Ms. Ford was the managing partner of a local business. She returned to public accounting and joined our organization. Gay is a member of our Business Consultant Team.
Gay is also responsible for maintaining records and systems for the filing of various employment tax returns for the clients of the accounting firm.
Marisa Rider
Marisa joined our organization in 2020 as our Client Relationship Manager. She is responsible for the client portal. Marisa has extensive knowledge of document management and delivery.
A Jersey Shore native, Marisa has years of experience working in family owned businesses in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. As our resident expert in technology, Marisa keeps all of our tax, accounting and client support systems up-to-date. She also maintains client relationships in the financial services division in the office.
PAIGE BENNETT
Paige joined our organization in 2018 as our Client Relationship Manager in the Health Care Division. She is knowledgeable of our the client portal. Paige has extensive knowledge of document management and delivery for our clients.
A Jersey Shore native, Paige has years of experience working in family owned businesses in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. At our firm Paige is responsible for Peer Review, and the administration accounting engagements.
